Abstract

This research work consists of a comprehensive proposal for change towards a computational ecosystem focused on data automation that allowed a public specialty hospital to reorganize its human factor and supplies, the main restriction of the computational project was not having a budget for the acquisition of equipment, to solve this, an analysis of the hardware and software that were available was carried out and with these limited resources a server was assembled to configure it in a network, thereby improving its administration. Once the project was consolidated and tested, it was implemented in a second private hospital, the advantages obtained have been that in both, a reduction in times, better control, efficient planning and distribution of resources were achieved. The ecosystem approach allows to address the current administration situation with the systems approach. Same that favors the organization because it allows to streamline processes through the harmonization of internal controls and simplification of mechanisms.
