Analysis of the causes that affect the packaging operator position in company X 762 82

Abstract

The present investigation was developed in the job of Operator A for filling the beer barrel packaging line, belonging to Company Therefore, it was decided to carry out this study, which had the objective: to analyze the causes that cause interruptions in the production process of the filling station in the beer barrel packaging line of Company X. It was determined that the main causes are related to: work indiscipline, lack of spare parts, lack of cleaning materials, damage to electrical power, among others. Solutions were then proposed. To meet the established objective, the General Problem Solving Method was applied. To develop the research, techniques and tools were applied, such as: direct observation, documentary analysis, interviews, cause-effect diagram, Kendall's concordance method and weighted vote.
