The aim of the research is to conduct a bibliometric study of ecological transformational leadership using the technique of Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) and CB-SEM). The methodology used will be of the literature review type in recent years. These studies will be used to analyze the measurement of the constructs, countries of application, and the results obtained, with the aim of promoting this type of leadership at the Autonomous University of the State of Mexico.
